In a field of work where we do not always hear the good, I thought it was important for me to share the positivity I saw today. Noureen has supported and escalated the concerns regarding mobility quickly and has a solution today, thank you! Both David and Aminat were positive, supportive, and providing excellent person centred care this morning. Choice, praise, and reassurance offered throughout the call this morning, all with some smiles and laughs too.
