Contact form enquiries
When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, contact details, and the details of your enquiry. We use this information to respond to you and, where relevant, to discuss the provision of homecare services.
Lawful basis: Where you are asking us to take steps before entering a care arrangement, we process your information on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the UK GDPR (steps taken at your request before a contract). Where an enquiry is made on behalf of someone else (for example, by a family member or referrer), we rely on Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests).
Retention: If an enquiry does not result in a care arrangement, we keep your information for up to 2 years. If care is arranged, your information becomes part of the care record and is retained in line with our full Privacy Notice.
Sharing: We do not share your contact form enquiry data with third parties except where you ask us to (for example, to connect you with a local authority or other provider).
